The treaty of waitangi was made for peace in New Zealand. Our task was to read a text about waitangi and make a summary. When we were reading we were also learning more about our past of New Zealand. I read a text about the past of New zealand and how the treaty of waitangi was created. One thing I found most interesting was learning more about New Zealand history.
