Figurative language

Figurative language is figuring out the meanings. What people say.

There's five figurative language.

A Simile is comparison of two things using “like” or “as.”

A Metaphor is comparing two things and without using “like” or “as”.

A hyperbole is exaggeration to show strong feeling or effect.

A personification is giving human traits to objects or ideas.

A understatement is expression with less strength than expected.
