Swimming
Today I practised my water safely skills at the lagoon pools.
The first skill I practised was kickboard. I did small kicks with straight legs.
Then I practised steamline. I rolled from my back to my front.
Lastly I practised diving. I jumped up and dove into the water. Then I curl body straight down.
I learned lots of new skills at the pool.

The Legend of Rahi
LI-summarising using visualising and inferencing
This week we were learning to summersing.
We also needed to link visualisation and inferencing to help us.
We filled in a story web to summarise each part of the story.
I used my visualisation from week 1 to help separate the parts of the story.
I used my character inference traits to used adjective and evidence to help summersing different part using good adjective unlock meaningful information and I can summarise quicker. Connecting all 3 strategies helped me to understand the story characters and keywords.
